Women's World Cup 2019 .... with some other countries thrown in

This summer we were very fortunate to be able to attend the World Cup in France and used that opportunity to do a little European travel. In the end we visited four countries and walked about 50 miles but we loved every minute of it....both adults even got to revisit the stick shift and shifting using the left hand while sitting on the right side of the car driving on the left side of the road...crazy times.

Getting ready for take off.

Some Arc .....our first stop!

Eiffel Tower - a wonderful day!

Spent a few days in Scotland (Karl's favorite)...easily 30 degrees cooler than France

In front of Edinburg Castle

Arthur's Seat

With the official World Cup mascot
Our rental in France - a Peugeot. A great little car.

In fields of lavender in Grignan.

Lake Geneva.

World Cup Champions!!

Back in Paris for some more site seeing.

Took some time for tea in London.
