Trick or Treating Time

The girls took off "Trick or Treating" Saturday night around the neighborhood. Daddy loved all the candy they came back with.

Dragonfly!!!

Ainsley is a Dragonfly this year! So far she has adjusted very well to school and loves going. She is even beginning to understand that "purple" days are home days!

End of summer...

As it does every year, the summer comes to an end, mommy goes back to work and the babies go back to daycare/school... here are a few pictures from the last month...

We went to the Renaissance Festival with the Stewarts. We had a great time!

Mommy starts back to work! Her new classroom...

Dagny's 15 month checkup...

I know, a little late, but the start of a new job is my excuse...

Our little girl is doing GREAT!

At 15 months she was....

*She is 21 lbs, putting her in the 25%
*She is 31 inches, in the 75%
*Her head was 18 1/4 inches, between 50% - 75%

Overall she is doing very well.

She has about 15 signs and 6 - 7 words.
Her comprehension in both ASL and spoken English is amazing...

*Just like Ainsley, she has a fit when you don't do what she wants.
*She loves to stand and then fall down into a sitting position.
*She has a beautiful smile and such a loving disposition... a very sensitive girl.
*She still LOVES dogs and holds her favorite dog "sammy" by the tail and follows him around... and bugs love to bite her.
*She is a carboholic, eating all kinds of noodles, breads, madelines, etc.
*She gives the BEST hugs and kisses!!!
*Dagny has to have everything her sister does :-)

North Carolina Part 2!

After coming back to DC for a little over a week, we took the 7 hour drive again to NC to meet up with the Driers, Nanny, Marv, Aunt Cheri, Chiqui and Popeye. It was a fun little get together and it was wonderful seeing family!

We had a wonderful trip to North Carolina with the McGuire/Schnitger clan. We even got to meet baby Nora, the youngest of the foursome. The kids were so very cute together!
