Election Day 2016

We all participated in Election Day - probably one of the most important days of all of 2016.

White House Tour

We had the good fortune to get a White House tour in November 2016. It is such a beautiful building and wonderful place to visit...let's hope it stays that way.

Fall 2016 - SOCCER

Like for the past few years Fall was consumed by soccer...for both girls. Ainsley continued on her rec team and Dagny decided to do something different and join a travel team. Both girls love their teams and have learned a ton of fancy footwork.

Summer Travels

Over the course of the summer we had the good fortune to go to our usual haunts (Florida with G-ma Nancy) as well as hit places like New York (with Stacey, Chris and Caiden) and Las Vegas (Melissa with Sara and also Jordi).

Dagny's First Horse Show

Dagny had a horse show and she was very excited...and nervous but mostly excited and she did great. she can't wait to learn more in the coming year.

Girl's First Triathlon

At the end of July the girls competed AND completed their first triathlon and had a really great time. They can't wait until their next one.

A Visit from the McSchnits

We were fortunate to have the McSchnits with us for almost 10 days and we had great time and already miss them. We saw lots of historical stuff around town, did a ropes course in MD, drove to VA Beach, the cousins played and the adults quietly reflected our lives with no drinking whatsoever.

Ainsley Turns 10!

Ainsley went to double digits and Karl went to heart medication. Ainsley wanted a Hawaiian these and we all had a great time this year just the family.
