The McSchnits come to town!

We had a wonderful visit from Aunt Sara, Uncle Erik and cousin Faelyn. It had been almost 9 months since the girls had a chance to hang out and they had a great time. We went swimming everyday, had a bbq on our porch, met Karl for lunch in Georgetown, played at the park and Faelyn even got a Sign Name when we went to KDES... it is similar to Ainsley's and Melissa's, a perfect fit!

Hi Daddy!

After ESY at KDES, Ainsley and I decided to join daddy for lunch on the Georgetown Waterfront.

AMERICA DAY!

Happy America Day! We spent this 4th of July with friends Brian and Emily and thier tag a long (who Ainsley adored) Percy. We had a wonderful picnic in Rock Creek Park followed by a great walk around the area. Unfortunately we had to stick with Ainsley's schedule and therefore saw the fireworks on TV as Ains was being rocked to sleep (yes we still rock her to sleep every night :-). The NYC fireworks were awesome, even on the small TV screen.
